Nacho is a highly experienced osteopath with over 26 years of clinical practice. Originally from Madrid, Spain, he is also an international educator in osteopathy, sharing his knowledge and expertise around the world. With a strong foundation as a physiotherapist and a masters degree in psychoneuroimmunology, Nacho brings a comprehensive, integrative approach to care that reflects both his deep clinical insight and his passion for teaching.

Jacinta Barrett

Osteopathic Manual Therapist

Jacinta has been practicing osteopathic therapy for over five years in Central Alberta and has recently brought her practice to Medicine Hat.

She enjoys working with all types of body imbalances, with a special focus on:
Headaches & Migraines – supporting relief through craniosacral therapy and myofascial techniques
Neck & Jaw Tension – helping release built-up stress and strain
Digestive Concerns & Women’s Cycle Issues – using visceral manipulation to support better balance and function
Compensation Patterns – rebalancing the body through NeuroKinetic muscle testing

Jacinta is passionate about helping her clients restore balance, ease, and movement so they can return to the activities they love. Outside of her practice, she enjoys spending time outdoors with friends and family.

Sara Diaz

Massage Therapist

Sara Diaz has been a dedicated massage therapist since 2009 and opened her practice in Medicine Hat in 2011, bringing an entrepreneurial spirit to her work. With teaching experience at Medicine Hat College from 2011-2016 and two years of osteopathic training, Sara takes a thoughtful, client centred approach to treatment. She focuses on finding and addressing the source/s of discomfort - not just the site of pain. Sara actively collaborates with clients, working to restore movement, flexibility and long-term balance through myofascial and active release techniques among many more.

Abby is currently in her second year of training to become a fully registered massage therapist. Under the guidance of our experienced team, she’s receiving hands-on mentorship and developing the skills and confidence to grow into an exceptional practitioner.
